['sxiːrbeːk], Bert, eigentlich Lambertus Roelof Schierbeek ['ruː-], niederländischer Schriftsteller, * Glanerbrug (bei Enschede) 28. 6. 1918, ✝ Amsterdam 9. 6. 1996; gilt mit seinem Werk »Het boek ik« (1951), in dem auch typographische Gestaltungsmittel eingesetzt werden, als Pionier der experimentellen Prosa in den Niederlanden. Beeinflusst u. a. vom Zen-Buddhismus; auch Reisebeschreibungen.
